It is impossible to place this bet before the first spin. It is also not available if the number drawn is 1, 23 or 24. If the result is the same as in the previous spin, this bet loses. The total wagered amount is displayed in the lower right corner of the screen. After spinning, an additional Rebet key appears. With it, you can repeat all previous bets.
